    I’m 3rd yr CSE(computer science engineering) student.
    I want to appear in BSNL JTO(telecom) EXAM-2009.
    I covered it’s all syllabus. so
    can i appear in jto(telecom)examination.
    or is there any restriction on eng. dept.(CSE).
    someone says Jto(telecom) only for electronics and communication students.
